Ingredients

1 lb TURKEY BREAKFAST SAUSAGE

10 8-inch flour tortillas

2/3 c green onions, chopped

2/3 c Cheddar cheese, grated

2/3 c Monterey Jack cheese, grated

1/3 c salsa

1/3 c plain yogurt

Directions


 



In medium size skillet, over medium heat, sauté sausage 6 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink.


On microwave-safe plate place one tortilla. Top with 1/2 cup cooked and drained sausage, 2 tablespoons green onion, 2 tablespoons Cheddar cheese and 2 tablespoons Monterey Jack cheese; cover with another tortilla to form quesadilla. Cover quesadilla with paper towel and microwave at HIGH (100% power) 30 seconds or until cheese melts.


Repeat steps 2 and 3 with remaining ingredients.


To serve, cut each quesadilla into 4 wedges. Top with salsa and yogurt.
