Ingredients

1 lb TURKEY BREAKFAST SAUSAGE

6 Slices (1 oz each) reduced-fat American cheese

6 English muffins, toasted

Directions

Form turkey sausage into 6 (4-inch diameter) patties. In large skillet, over medium heat, cook sausage patties 2 to 4 minutes per side or until browned on outside and no longer pink in center.

Top each sausage patty with a cheese slice and continue to cook patties over medium heat 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese melts. Remove skillet from heat.

To serve, place sausage patties on 6 muffin halves; top with remaining muffin halves.
