Turkey Sausage Turnovers

Ingredients

1 Can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

1/4 c Dijon-style mustard

1 lb COOKED TURKEY KIELBASA OR SMOKED TURKEY SAUSAGE

1 Egg white, beaten

Directions

Separate crescent roll dough into four separate rectangles, sealing all perforations. Spread each dough rectangle with 1 tablespoon mustard, leaving a 1/2-inch border on all sides.

Cut each sausage in half crosswise and place each half on a dough rectangle. Carefully pull dough up and over sausage, pinching to seal.

Place sausage bundles, seam-side down, on ungreased cookie sheet. Brush surfaces of dough with egg white.

Bake sausage bundles in a preheated 375 degrees F. oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. To serve, cut each bundle in half.
