Ingredients

2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls

2 c. shredded cooked turkey

1 4-oz. can diced green chilies

¼ c. water

1 package taco seasoning or 3 tbsp

1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Shredded lettuce

Salsa

Directions

In a large skillet add the water, shredded turkey, green chilies and taco seasoning mix. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes or until the turkey reheated.

Remove from heat and set aside.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

On an ungreased large baking sheet, arrange crescent dough triangles in a ring so the short sides of triangles form a 6-inch circle in the center. (Place a small bowl in the center to help with arranging the crescent roll dough). The dough will overlap.

Spoon turkey meat over the wide section of the roll close to the center. Sprinkle cheese on top.

Bring each triangle tip up over the filling, tucking it under the bottom layer of dough to secure it.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until ring turns a golden brown.

Allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing.

Place a bowl salsa in the center of the turkey taco crescent ring for dipping.

Garnish with shredded lettuce, if desired.
