1 lb GROUND TURKEY
1 to 2 tbsp prepared horseradish
1-1/2 tsp paprika
1-1/2 tsp Dijon-style mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
Salt Dash
4 Hamburger buns, toasted
Combine all ingredients, except bread. Shape turkey mixture into 4 burgers, about 1/2-inch thick.
Place burgers on lightly greased broiling pan. Broil burgers 4-inches from heat, turning once, about 5 minutes per side until no longer pink and the internal temperature registers 165 degrees F.
Serve on toasted hamburger buns with additional mustard, if desired.
NOTE: May also heat 1 to 2 teaspoons canola oil in heavy skillet and pan fry 3 to 5 minutes per side, until no longer pink in center and the internal temperature registers 165 degrees F.
